What to expect in the district in
which BannTazala Boutique Hotel is located?
A: We are located in an exclusive part in the city of Chiang Mai,
filled with tourist spot like the Borsang handicraft (Sankamphaeng
Rd.,) center, exotic restaurants and a few nightclubs, within a
short distance 5 minutes drive to the major shopping centers,
department stores such as Tesco Lotus, Macro, Airport Plaza, BIG
C, Carrefour, Bus and Train Station and etc...

Does the room rate include
breakfast?
A: Our price are included American Breakfast for 2 persons and
complimentary minibar in room minibar per day. Extra person + bed
inclusive ABF = 1,000 baht per person. Children under 12 Years Old : 1/2 Price

Can I have a direct phone line
for my room?
A: The direct phone line is dial no.9

Is there any laundry serviced
available at BannTazala Boutique Hotel?
A: We do the laundry service receive before 11.00, we will return
tomorrow before 10 am

number of residents?

Is there cable TV or satellite TV
at your boutique hotel?
A: We have a cable & satellite TV featuring CNN, Star Sport, Star
Movies, AXN, HBO, BBC, Cinemax, Discovery Channel and there are
also Thai's TV channels 3,5,7,9,11, ITV, Thai Global Networks.
Q:
Is your Hi-Speed Internet
wireless?
A: We only have a Hi-speed internet connection. You will be able
to access the internet and the world wide web either in the room
or at our library. We also provide computer notebook only on request.

Can I bring pets to stay with me?
A: No, we do not have a policy allowing pets in our hotel.

Do you have 2 bedrooms available?
A: No, at this moment.
Q:
Do you have baby cot and provide
babysitter and what's the cost?
A: We have the baby cot provide for guest, it’s free of charge but
we don’t have a baby sister.

Why is BannTazala Boutique Hotel
rates more expensive than some other 5 Star Hotel with a same
space?
A: Bann Tazala Hotel rates are more expensive than other hotel as
we provide an exclusive entertainment in the room. The rates are
included complimentary minibar in room, includes applicable
government tax 7% and 10% service charge, guest can enjoy our
complimentary coffee and tea at the front of library, Free
wireless internet and complimentary fruits that we set up at the
lobby.

Do you have BannTazala Boutique
Hotel outside Chiang Mai?
A: BannTazala Boutique Hotel are located in Chiang Mai only, in
front of Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi Hotel. It’s 5km. from the
Night Bazaar and 10 minutes by car from the airport

What do I do if I do not receive
a confirmation of my reservation?
A: Within 24-48 hrs, you should receive our confirmation. If you
do not have one, please contact or email us again at:

What is your Cancellation
Policies & Definitions?
A: We do not charge for the cancellation that made before 5 days.
If guest is no show, we will charge for 1 night.
Q:
Is the published room rate
inclusive of service charges and 7% VAT? Are there any other
hidden costs?
A: All the rates here is included tax and service charge,
there are no other hidden course

Which credit card types do you
accept?
A: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX only.

Do you accept Traveler's Cheque?
A: We do not accept the traveler’s cheque but guest can change at
the counter exchange that is located in front of Bann Tazala
hotel.

Do you accept Cash in other
foreign currencies?
A: We do accept cash in other foreign currencies with our exchange
rate.

Do you organize
airport transfers and what the cost?
A: The airport transfer will be charge at the rate 400 baht per
car maximum for 3 persons. (the rate is for one-way only)

What is the cost of car parking
at the hotel?
A: There is no cost for car parking; we have valet parking for
guest’s car.

Do you organize sightseeing and
excursion?
A: Yes, our staff can tell you all the sightseeing and excursion
and they also can call the tour company for your trip

A: Bann Tazala hotel is outstanding in Chinese style and more
